Food Services
Chairman : Ron Gardiner
Role: Provides leadership for food preparation and services for council fish fry and other events. Manages work teams for each event.
Annual Golf Tournament ( held in August)
Chairman: Currently Ron Schwane and Rich Schmersahl CURRENTLY LOOKING FOR NEW CHAIRMEN
Roles: organize Annual Golf tournament, gather sponsorships, manage player communication and signups. Work with golf course the day of to ensure all is set up and taken down. Organizes volunteers for the day
QUEEN OF HEARTS
Co Chairmen: Bryan Eisenbath and Todd Kirchoff
Role: Manages weekly Queen of Hearts events (tuesdays 5-7:30)
BAR COMMITTEE
Chairman : Oversees bar operations during events, ensures compliance and supports fundraising events through sales.
Home Association
Chairman: Bryan Eisenbath
role: ensures maintenance and upkeep of the hall. Organizes and schedules Hall Rentals and ensures that customers needs for events are met.
Annual Mouse Races
Chairman: Todd Kirchoff
Role: Hosts the Annual Mouse Races event, ensures sponsorships are managed.
Annual Horse Races
Chairman: Ben Grossman
Role: Organizes and runs the Horse Race Event, Ensures that sponsorships are managed and notifications to public for online signups to attend is distributed.
Social Committee:
Chairman: Todd Kirchoff
Role: Plans and Coordinates with Events held at the hall for members, ie, holiday parties, awards nights and member family gatherings. Helps gather volunteers to support the other events the Knights and Auxiliary hold.
Faith In Action Committee
Chairman: Bill Bequette
Role: Organizes ways to give back to the community through acts of Faith and charity. Organizes No Hunger Holiday Turkey collection, Coat Drives and other such events to support the community.
